Barbara Pence has been the Practice Manager for the past thirty years and has experienced many changes in the medical field.
Her ability to deal with a problem and find a solution has enabled this practice to forge ahead of other practices in management and be successful. We were leaders in having a computerized office, computerized appointment scheduling and a voice mail system.
Barbara continually looks for new and better ways to run the office and still keep on top of the ever-changing Managed Care atmosphere and the challenges it presents. She has been very helpful to our patients and vendors when insurance or other business issues arise.
She has two grown children and resides with her husband in Medford, New Jersey.
